PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe insole that has comfortable feeling when used and superior durability as a shoe insole with a metallic weight. SOLUTION: The shoe insole includes a metallic plate member 2 formed in a foot shape and a flexible sheet member 3.
