PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric opening/closing device which can stably perform electrical opening/closing of a toilet seat or a toilet lid over a period of time. SOLUTION: The electric opening/closing device of the toilet seat or the toilet lid is provided with: a rotation detector 724 which detects the rotation of a motor 721 or the rotation at a lower speed; an angle detector 725 which is arranged in a stage lower than the rotation detector 724 when viewed from the motor 721 and detects the rotation angle of a part where the speed is lower than the part in which the rotation detector 724 is arranged; and a controller which supplies the motor 721 with a predetermined amount of energization to allow it to perform at least one of opening operation and closing operation of the toilet seat or the toilet lid based on the rotation angle detected by the angle detector 725. When the relation between the rotation angle detected by the angle detector 725 and the rotation detected by the rotation detector 724 changes, the controller corrects the detected rotation angle based on the amount of change and supplies the motor 721 with a predetermined amount of energization based on the corrected rotation angle.
