PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate X-rays which have transmitted through a subject for each energy by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The X-ray detector includes a plurality of X-ray detection elements 10 arrayed along a first direction, each of the X-ray detection elements 10 includes: a plurality of scintillator parts 41, 42 which are laminated along a second direction vertical to the first direction, and of which the wavelengths indicating a sensitivity peak to the energy of incident X-rays are different; and a plurality of light receiving parts 31, 32 which are arrayed along the first direction on the back surface of the scintillator part 42, and of which the wavelengths indicating the sensitivity peak to incident light are different.
