PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene based resin composition which can give a molded product which is lightweight and has improved mechanical strengths, such as improved tensile strength and impact strength, and to provide a molded product obtained from the same. SOLUTION: The propylene based resin composition contains a mixture (A) in which a long carbon fiber having a mean fiber length of 4-30 mm and a propylene resin are combined, and a mixture (B) of a short carbon fiber having a mean fiber length of 0.01-2 mm and the propylene resin, wherein the total content of the amount of a long carbon fiber and a short carbon fiber is 5 to 50 mass%, the relation of the amount should be long carbon fiber≥short carbon fiber, and a specific gravity is 1.5 or less.
