WHITE-LIGHT EMITTING LAMP AND WHITE-LIGHT LED LIGHTING DEVICE USING SAME

Disclosed is a white-light emitting lamp having both high luminance and high colour rendering properties due to the improvement of said properties through the inclusion of a deep red fluorescent material in addition to the red fluorescent material which is used when BGR fluorescent material, comprising blue, green and red fluorescent materials, is combined with semiconductor light emitting elements such as LEDs. The white-light emitting lamp (1) comprises a semiconductor light emitting element (2), which is disposed on a substrate (3) and which emits blue-violet light, and a light emitting section, formed so as to cover the light emitting surface of the semiconductor light emitting element (2) and which is energised by the light emitted from the semiconductor light emitting element (2) and includes a blue fluorescent material (B), a green fluorescent material (G) and a red fluorescent material (R) emitting blue, green and red light respectively. The white-light emitting lamp (1) emits white-light by mixing the light emitted from the blue (B), green (G) and red (R) fluorescent materials and is characterised by the addition of a deep red fluorescent material (DR), having a main emission peak in a longer wavelength range than that of the red fluorescent material (R).
