PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus is provided to combine a warm or cool white light source LED with one colored light source LED, thereby emitting light of pastel tone series. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(100) comprises at least one white light source LED(120) and a colored light source LED(130). The colored light source LED is arranged on one side of the white light source LED. The colored light source LED emits at least one light of red, green, and blue light. The white light source LED and the colored light source LED are arranged on a substrate(110) with first and second substrates. Light colors of the white light source LED and the colored light source LED are mixed by a diffusion combination method. The white light source LED is formed of a cool white or warm white LED.
