摘要 The device comprises transverse displacement means (21) within the region of a roller table (2), direction means, a manipulation gripper (3) for transferring a profiled running rails (1) into the device, and a positioning means (4) having a basin (5) and/or trough with cooling agent and a cooling bed (6). The rails have different cross-sectional shape and a length of larger than 50 m by cooling a part of the respective rail cross section over the total rail length in a cooling agent. The manipulation gripper is formed from shaped, aligned and movably operated tongs, which comprises grip arms. The device comprises transverse displacement means (21) within the region of a roller table (2), direction means, a manipulation gripper (3) for transferring a profiled running rails (1) into the device, and a positioning means (4) having a basin (5) and/or trough with cooling agent and a cooling bed (6). The rails have different cross-sectional shape and a length of larger than 50 m by cooling a part of the respective rail cross section over the total rail length in a cooling agent. The manipulation gripper is formed from shaped, aligned and movably operated tongs, which comprise grip arms, which are formed with centering parts for axial aligning of the head of the rail and with grip part for cross-sectional aligning of the rail foot. The manipulation gripper is formed with greater than two tongs, which have a basin length of 10 m and are formed in a homogenously movable and/or positionable grip arm. The manipulation gripper and the placing means located with more than the rail height are transversely movable over the roller table and the grip arms of the tons are vertically lowerable between the rollers of the roller table for taking the rail. The positioning means comprises horizontally aligning holding components with plants for the foot of the rail, where the foot is fixed on the plants by detachable clamping devices and/or chain guide. The part of the cooling agent usable for hardening the rail basin has a depth, which 10% exceeds the height of the largest rail profiles. The basin comprises a cooling agent inlet at the bottom having 1.5 m basin length. A punched and/or a flow throughable plate are arranged in the basin above the cooling agent inlets. An injector plate with channels is inserted in the direction of flow of the cooling agent. Outlet means for the cooling agent are arranged in the basin. The plants, the clamping means and all components of the positioning means are adjustable horizontally in the direction of the basin.
