<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide audio desired information without many embossed characters. <P>SOLUTION: An insurance information providing system 100 includes an information using part 12 and an information providing part 14. The information using part 12 includes a reader 20 for reading embossed characters expressing items of an insurance contract document, a use-side transmission part 36 for transmitting item data A showing the result of reading by the reader 20 to the information providing part 14, a use-side reception part 38 for receiving voice data B transmitted from the information providing part 14, and a voice emitting device 40 for outputting a voice corresponding to the voice data B received by the use-side reception part 38. The information providing part 14 includes a storage device 62 wherein voice data B of a voice explaining the items of the insurance contract document is stored, a provision-side reception part 52 for receiving item data A transmitted from the use-side transmission part 36, a control part 60 for acquiring voice data B of an item indicated by the item data received by the provision-side reception part 52, from the storage device 62, and a provision-side transmission part 54 for transmitting voice data obtained by the control part 60 to the information using part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
