<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb structure which has a durable strength even when being loaded on a vehicle and can efficiently remove NOx of a diesel engine exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: The honeycomb structure 1 includes zeolite, inorganic particles and an inorganic binder, and includes honeycomb units 2 having such a shape that a plurality of cells stretched from one side end surface to the other side end surface along the longitudinal direction are divided by cell walls, wherein the inorganic particles in the honeycomb unit have a hydroxide group content more than that of the zeolite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
