<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a convex sheet which is thick in its convex part, defectless and high in quality, and is manufactured in good productivity; and to provide a device for manufacturing the convex sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the convex sheet, which is 5-150 μm in thickness in its convex part and 40-250 μm in the whole sheet and has pitches of 10-300 μm in width, has: a coating process in which an ultraviolet ray-curable resin liquid is applied to the surface of a sheet W to form a coating layer 10; an exposure process in which the intensity of ultraviolet rays radiated to the coating layer 10 is changed by using a photomask 20 to adjust the thickness and cure the coating layer 10; a developing process in which the coating layer is subjected to developing processing and uncured areas 12 are selectively dissolved.
