<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously casting molten steel, which suppresses both generation of a surplus material and a yield loss associated with a direction change resulting from the T.[O] deviation to be determined only after cutting of a cast piece in a present status. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for continuously casting molten steel, the T.[O] in the molten steel is analyzed after completion of second refining of the molten steel, to change the continuous casting condition of the molten steel corresponding to an analyzed value. The analyzed value of the T.[O] in the molten steel is determined during the continuous casting of the molten steel and prior to the cutting-start of the cast piece, and the cast piece is cut so as to suit the order content corresponding to the analyzed value of the T.[O]. Alternately, the analyzed value of the T.[O] in the molten steel is determined prior to pouring-start of the molten steel into the tundish of the continuous casting machine to adjust a Ca additional amount into the molten steel to suite the ordered content corresponding to the T.[O] analyzed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
