<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-resistant patch preparation that suppresses cold flow and also suppresses elution of ingredients such as a drug from an exposed end of an adhesive layer when the patch preparation is soaked for a long time in a bath or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The patch preparation includes a support and an adhesive layer containing a drug which is formed on one surface of the support. The patch preparation has a central part and a peripheral part extending from the central part, wherein at least a part of a lateral end of the adhesive layer in the peripheral part is located inside a lateral end of the support, and the adhesive layer in the peripheral part has a thickness smaller than that of the adhesive layer in the central part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
