PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposited wire tool of high quality, by applying electroless Ni-P plating and heat treatment on a coating layer. SOLUTION: The electrodeposited wire tool 10 includes: a core wire 4 extending in a longitudinal direction, a plating layer 3 provided on the outer peripheral surface 41 of the core wire 4; superabrasive grains 1 held by the plating layer 3; and the coating layer 2 covering the outer peripheral surfaces of the superabrasive grains 1. The coating layer 2 is constituted of electroless Ni-P plating. The coating layer 2 is heat-treated, so that the electroless Ni-P plating layer is partially or entirely crystallized.
