PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex without reducing adhesion over a long period, by adhering a stainless steel plate and a thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: This complex is joined with the stainless steel plate and a thermoplastic resin mold. The complex is provided so that a pit is formed by 60% or more in an interface surface with the thermoplastic resin mold, and at least a part of the pit is a pit where a maximum diameter D1 of the pit inside exceeds a diameter D2 of an opening part of the pit, and a molding shrinkage factor of the thermoplastic resin is 1.0% or less.
