PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that there is inconvenience that a bleb may express an outer membrane protein which is not related to the bleb, or a harmful outer membrane protein. SOLUTION: A refolded and isolated NspA protein and a method for producing the same are provided. A subunit vaccine for neisserial disease containing a purified defensive protein having a refolded stereostructure and suitable for inducing effective immune response is also provided.
