PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle load control circuit capable of responding to problems of temporary voltage drop and reverse connection of an on-vehicle battery due to intermittent discontinuity with an easy circuit method. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle load control circuit includes a power control section comprising an on-vehicle battery and an ignition switch and a load control section that is connected to a rear step of the power control section so as to control the load. The load control section includes a diode element in which anode is connected to a power line at a positive pole side, a capacitor that is connected between the power line at a negative pole side and a cathode of the diode element, a constant voltage circuit that is inserted between a contact point of the capacitor with the diode element and the load control circuit provided at the load control section, and a power MOSFET that is connected to a gate signal line in which gate resistance is inserted, and is inserted in the power line at the negative pole side so that a forward direction of a parasitic diode may face a negative pole terminal of the on-vehicle battery. The gate signal line has one end connected to the gate of the power MOSFET, and the other end connected to the contact point of the diode element and the capacitor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
