PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program sending system, a server apparatus, and a program sending method, which maintain redundancy even when a trunk system and a redundant system are not structured similarly. SOLUTION: In the case where any failure occurs in a device of a trunk system, a server apparatus 10 sends an MPEG2 TS signal to a redundant system in a signal format of a digital broadcast standard based TS format. A program sending system is configured to control switching of a system switcher 60 through a switching controller 70 and to derive an ISDB-T TS signal of the redundant system output from the server 10 to a post-stage.
