PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency device that can suppresses a radiation loss caused by discontinuous impedance in a transmission line and transmits a high frequency signal reduced in parasitic component and suppressed in loss resulting from the progress of a phase. SOLUTION: A signal pattern between first and second coplanar-type transmission lines (503, 513) and a ground pattern are connected to each other with the high accuracy of aμm order of the upper side (527) of a nonconductive fill for filling a gap between first and second substrate (501, 511) by printing or a vapor deposition method. Thus, a third coplanar-type transmission line (523) is formed at the upper side of the nonconductive fill (527) so as to form a connection section (541). COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
