PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system for readily keeping compatibility for the future, without being limited to a specified data format, in attribute information stored in the MakerNote region of an Exif format. SOLUTION: The imaging system includes: an attribute information generating section 121 for generating the attribute information 402 on the basis of image data 401; a program generating section 122 for generating at least one program 403, which is the processing method for the attribute information; a correspondence information generating section 123 for generating correspondence information 404, indicating the correspondence relation of an image file 405 and the program; and a storage module 210 for storing the image file 405, the program 403 and the correspondence information 404.
