PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein in a conventional heating apparatus for a microwave oven, since a cooking ingredient to be heated is brought into contact with the bottom face on the lower side of the heating apparatus, when a cooking ingredient including oil is heated by the microwave oven, the cooking ingredient is heated while dripping into the oil included in the cooking ingredient, so as to make the cooking ingredient oily after cooking. SOLUTION: In this heating apparatus for a microwave oven, to suspend a cooking ingredient to be heated without making the cooking ingredient come into direct contact with the bottom face on the heating apparatus lower side, a lateral bar or a lateral string is provided in upper parts of support columns.
