PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet scrubber having high collection efficiency. SOLUTION: The jet scrubbers are connected in series, almost all soil is removed by the jet scrubber of the initial stage and the remaining soil is removed in the second stage. Though air 24 containing slightly dirty water is sent into the jet scrubber of the second stage from the jet scrubber of the initial stage, it does not contaminate the tank of the second stage. Thus, since mist-like water 5 contained in the jet stream of the second stage is clean, even when it is mixed in the air, the air is not contaminated. Further, since the soil coming from the jet scrubber of the initial stage is in a mist shape, affinity with the jet stream is extremely high and the mist is easily removed.
