PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and to improve the setting accuracy of a threshold by enabling a user to efficiently and accurately perform annotation. SOLUTION: From four kinds of physiological index data generated in the resting state of a user, the average value and deviation value or the average value and deviation value of a variation rate are calculated, and a physiological index threshold is calculated on the basis of the calculated average value and deviation value. Then, the four kinds of physiological index data generated in the situation of inducing the abnormal state of the user are divided for every unit time section, the average value or the variation rate for each section is calculated, the calculated average value or variation rate is compared with the physiological index threshold, and the unit time section exceeding the threshold is detected. Then, the time section wherein the plurality of detected unit time sections are continued is obtained for each physiological index, AND or OR processing is performed between the time sections, and the result is displayed at a user terminal UT as an annotation object section.
