PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form gentle flows with diversified directions to promote intake of oxygen by larvae in a larvae bed of a fish-breeding pond or a floating tank. SOLUTION: There is provided a laying material 1 for a larvae bed including: a tubular outer circumferential member 2 having water-passing holes 2A opened in the whole side face; and an inner extending member 3 placed in the tubular outer circumferential member 2 and extending along the extension direction of the tubular outer circumferential member 2.
