摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route plan generating device and a route plan generating method, which smoothly transfer a motion generated by a communication, a robot control system and a robot system. SOLUTION: A route plan generating part 22 includes a motion data storing part 31 for storing plurality of motion data, a distance calculating part 32 for obtaining the distance between a first prescribed position of one executed motion of the respective motion data and a second prescribed position of the other motion when the motion needs to be transferred, a transfer part selecting part 33 for selecting the motion data of the other motion which gives the distance of a first threshold value or smaller and a route plan part 34 for connecting the data up to the first position to the data after the second position to generate new route plan data. The route plan part 34 generates data of a route between the first and second positions by a probable road map method when the distance between the first and second positions is the first threshold value or smaller and a second threshold value smaller than the first threshold value or larger.
