SAFETY CONTROL DOUBLE VALVE FOR POWER-OFF PROTECTION PRESS

A safety control double valve for a power-off protection press includes a double valve(56,96,100), a safety valve(55), a pneumatic-electric signal converter(57) and a detection control driving circuit(9). The connection way of the double valve(56,96,100) is parallel connection, cross connection or double-cross connection. The exit(60) of the double valve(56,96,100) is connected with the inlet(59) of the safety valve(55). The safety valve (55) is a two-position two-port normally open solenoid valve. At least one pneumatic-electric signal converter(57) is positioned in the flow path from the lower valve port(62) of the double valve(56,96,100) to the compressed air output opening. The detection control driving circuit(9) is positioned in the double valve(56,96,100) or in the internal circuit of the press. The detection control driving circuit (9) is electrically connected with the pneumatic-electric signal converter (57). The safety control double valve has safe and reliable effects.
