PURPOSE: An overhead earth wire supporting stand is provided to connect an elastic spring member, thereby preventing electric shock or electric leakage accidents due to short-circuit or drooping of a wire. CONSTITUTION: An elastic member is attached to an overhead earth wire supporting stand(20). A first penetration unit(30) penetrates the inside of the overhead earth wire supporting stand with the elastic member. A first elastic fixing unit(32) is installed on one side of the first penetration unit to fix a wire. A second elastic fixing unit(34) is installed on the other side of the first penetration unit to fix a wire. An elastic connecting unit electrically connects the first elastic fixing unit with the second elastic fixing unit. |
