PURPOSE: A loading/unloading device of an injection molding machine is provided to reduce 1 cycle time, since the supply of injected components and the discharge of molded components are rapidly performed by a rapid transfer table and a precise transfer table. CONSTITUTION: A loading/unloading device of an injection molding machine comprises a stacking case(10), a precise transfer table(20), a rapid transfer table(30), and a hopper(40). The injected components(A1) are laminated in the stacking case. The stacking case has a discharge hole and an ejector plate. The ejector plate discharges the injected components by the operation of the cylinder. The precise transfer table comprises a supply absorber and a discharge absorber. The supply absorber and the discharge absorber are moved up and down by the operation of cylinders(22a,24a). The precise transfer table is moved along a first guide rail(20b) by the operation of a first cylinder(20a). The rapid transfer table supports the precise transfer table.
