<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an output of power to be supplied for driving an electric motor of vehicles which are expected as next-generation vehicles, while generating vibration force efficiently within a limited area by feeble vibration power generation. <P>SOLUTION: Fluctuations (distortion and spreading pressure to both sides) generated in wheels 9 and tires 11a, which are reliably and accurately repeated while a vehicle travels, are properly used as vibration energy, and electricity is generated from diaphragms 1 and 3 by compressing power generating plate 2.
