<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage container which has an exchangeable component for preventing any leakage of a tap in a portable mode, and prevents any accidental swallowing of the component. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage container 1 includes a container body 2 having an outflow part 15 through which the beverage flows out, a cap 3 having a fitting part 21 on the back side opposite to the outflow part 15, a packing 6 having a fixed part 32 to be fixed to the fitting part 21 which caps the outflow part 15 when closing the cap 3, a packing holding member 7 for fixing the fixed part 32 to the fitting part 21. The packing holding member 7 is movable between the attaching/detaching position attachable/detachable to/from the fitting part 21 and the fixed position for fixing the packing 6. The packing holding member 7 is provided with a push-in part 43a for displacing the packing holding member 7 so that the elastic deformation of the fixing part 32 may be increased above that when the packing holding member is present at the fixed position when the packing holding member 7 is moved between the attaching/detaching position and the fixed position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
