<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device which controls a plurality of printing parts independently by respective control functions while taking a mutual operation state into consideration, and which thereby appropriately prints at all times regardless an increase in a printing data amount or the like without a cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 41 is set in a statement printer ST, and a CPU 51 is set in a passbook printer PB. An interface 32 for communication is set between both printers ST and PB.
