<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy utilization system that is for liquefaction of waste plastics, and that can perform fractional distillation of liquified product appropriately, can make the scale of the liquefaction apparatus smaller, can reduce production cost, also can utilize the oil obtained appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes an apparatus 1 for liquefying waste plastics, a facility 2 set up adjacent to the apparatus 1 for liquefying waste plastics, and a generator 3 that generates electric power using oil obtained by liquefaction of the waste plastics as an electric sources of the apparatus 2 and the liquefaction apparatus 1, wherein the liquefaction apparatus 1 is equipped with a thermal cracking vessel 10 for heating and decomposing thermally waste plastics, a condenser 20 for receiving liquefied raw oil by condensing vapor of the thermal cracking product, two or more heating tanks 30 that are connected in series so that the liquefied raw oil is introduced therein one by one and heated one by one at each different temperature and then evaporated as gases having each a required composition for fractional distillation, condensers 32 for condensing the gases so as to make oils having each a required composition, and storage tanks 40 for storing oils having each a required composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
