PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a simple and compact structure while reliably preventing a disc-shaped body from being dispensed due to an illicit action. SOLUTION: A disc-shaped body dispenser is provided with: a rotation transfer body 8 for transferring a disc-shaped body 1 along a rotation transfer path; a transfer means B for transferring a disc-shaped body 1 transferred by the rotation transfer body 8 toward a slot A formed at the outside of the rotation radial direction at the set delivery part for the rotation transfer path; a passage sensor having a passage sensing body 32 which is to be displaced along with a contact with the disc-shaped body 1 transferred by the transfer means B. The passage sensing body 32 is configured of a rotation sensing body which rotates along with a contact with the disc-shaped body 1, and provided with a reverse rotation prevention means D for preventing the reverse rotation of the rotation sensing body 32.
