PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform display device detecting abnormalities of logic signals based on history waveform data stored in a memory. SOLUTION: The waveform display device displays the waveforms of logic signals of a plurality of bits arranged in parallel on a common display, and includes a trend display processing means for trend display of a digital value on a position of the logic signal waveforms designated by a cursor in a history direction.
