PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loads of a collection process of blade information of a plurality of blades in a shelf management apparatus for monitoring the operation of the plurality of blades mounted on a shelf. SOLUTION: The shelf management apparatus (1A) includes a database (80) for storing the blade information of following blades (2A to 2G). When collecting the information of the following blades (2A to 2G), a control part (74) collates a part of data of respective pieces of blade information with a partial information management table (80) to omit the sampling of overlapped information.
