PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and open-and-shut joint intended for joining a column and a beam in the field of architecture, wherein the bending moment is not generated because force in the material axial direction is transmitted by a member in the material axial direction, and fastening work with high-tension bolts is all performed in the lateral direction. SOLUTION: Gusset plates welded on the upper and lower ends of the columns are inserted into slots formed longitudinally on the flange surfaces of H-section steel along its web, and sandwiched between the web of the H-section steel and a beam mounting metal fixture so as to be joined with high-tension bolts.
