摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersed-particle hardening steel, fully using reinforcing capability of precipitates and provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The dispersed-particle hardening steel has the precipitate having an NaCl crystal structure satisfying a Baker-Nutting orientation relationship with bcc iron or bct iron serving as a mother phase. The outer diameter d and the thickness t of the precipitate satisfy the relations: a<SB>0</SB>≤d<b/e and a<SB>0</SB>≤t≤2a<SB>0</SB>(wherein a<SB>0</SB>is the lattice constant of the precipitate; b is the Burgers vector of bcc iron or bct iron; and e is the lattice misfit between the deposit and bcc iron or bct iron and can be expressed as (a<SB>0</SB>/2<SP>1/2</SP>-a<SB>1</SB>)/a<SB>1</SB>using the lattice constant a<SB>1</SB>of bcc iron or bct iron).
