PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe in which peeling at the boundary, existing near its end face for transceiving ultrasonic waves as a bonding part between at least two housings, because of contact with subjects, is prevented and humidity or moisture entering it from there and causing short-circuiting or the like in an electric circuit in the housings is prevented. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe is so constructed that a first housing 104 and a second housing 101 have comb-like parts by which they are entered into each other in the abutting direction on their joint surfaces, i.e. an engaging part 111.
