PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching machine for fix planting, punching on a prescribed place, a fix planting hole of a size most suitable for fix planting of a seedling to be transplanted, easily collecting a mulch sheet pulling piece, and allowing effective punching work. SOLUTION: This punching machine 1 for fix planting includes a frame 10, a wheel mounting part 11, a metallic pole 12, a handle 13, and a wheel 20. Punching cutters 30 and 30 are mounted at prescribed intervals to the outer periphery of the wheel 20, and a triangle blade 31 circularly continuing is formed on the edge of the cylindrical punching cutter 30. A mounting pin 32 pierces the axis center of the cylinder of the punching cutter 30, the edge is formed in an arrowhead-like form, and a disc-like pushing plate 34 and a coil spring 33 are pierced into the axial part. The pushing plate 34 mounted to the mounting pin 32 is positioned slightly to the wheel side from the position of the blade edge of the triangle blade 31.
