PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely producing urethane (meth)acrylate in excellent productivity. SOLUTION: The method for producing urethane (meth)acrylate includes continuously and liquid-tightly circulating a mixed liquid of a hydroxy group-containing compound (A) and a compound (B) containing an isocyanate group and a (meth)acryloyl group through a very small tubular channel of a thermally-conductive reaction vessel having formed the very small tubular channel inside in which the reaction vessel has the very small tubular channel having a void size forming a fluid sectional area of 0.1-4.0 mm<SP>2</SP>for circulation in a liquid tight state in the very small tubular channel, the reaction vessel is heated to 80-250°C, the reaction is carried out so that a Reynolds number of the reaction solution circulating in the very small tubular channel is 0.05-300 and then, after completion of the reaction, the reaction product discharged from the thermally-conductive reaction vessel is continuously cooled.
