PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage or the like of structural components of an operating mechanism of an opening/closing device. SOLUTION: The operating mechanism of the opening/closing device includes a support structure 4, a loading shaft 3 rotatably supported by the support structure 4, a ratchet wheel 22 rotating together with the loading shaft 3, a feed lever 20 having a roller 28 for a feed lever which can rotate around an axis extending in parallel to the loading shaft 3 in a periphery of an outer circumference, a stop lever 21 by which an energy storing cam 29 and the roller 28 for a feed lever can be in contact with each other in a circumferential direction, and a stopper 41. The stopper 41 is adjacent to the stop lever 21 and is arranged to sandwich the energy storing cam 29 with the roller 28 for a feed lever, and includes a first plate member 40 engageable with the stop lever 21, a stopper pin 42 engageable with the first plate member 40, a stopper guide 45 having a guide part 45a of the stopper pin 42 and stopping the movement in a direction separating from the first plate member 40, and a non-linear elastic member 43 sandwiched between the first plate member 40 and the stopper guide 45.
