The invention relates to a crystallized hybrid solid having an organic/inorganic matrix and a three-dimensional structure, containing an inorganic lattice of zinc metal centers connected together by organic ligands consisting of the entities -O2C-C6H3-N3-CO2- and C6H12N2. Said solid is referred to as DMOF-1-N3 and has an X-ray diffraction pattern such as given below.
