摘要 Disclosed is a radiation detecting device (80) for inspecting foreign materials using a subtraction method. The radiation detecting device is provided with: a first radiation detector (32) and a second radiation detector (42), which detect radiation that has passed through a subject (S) to be inspected; a timing control unit (50) which controls detection timing; and an image correcting unit (34). The first pixel width (Wb1) of a pixel of the first radiation detector (32), said first pixel width being in the orthogonally intersecting direction that orthogonally intersects the image detection direction, is smaller than the second pixel width (Wb2) of a pixel of the second radiation detector (42), said second pixel width being in the orthogonally intersecting direction. The timing control unit (50) synchronizes the detection timing of the second radiation detector (42) with the detection timing of the first radiation detector (32), and the image correcting unit (34) adds the Wb2/Wb1 number of serial pixel data in an image obtained by means of the first radiation detector (32).
