Provided are a mobile communication terminal, an emergency notice receiving method and a non-temporary computer readable medium, on which an emergency notice receiving program has been stored, wherein if any part of the data constituting an emergency notice message has successfully been received, certain information related to the emergency notice can be notified to mobile communication terminal users. The mobile communication terminal, which operates in conformity with a radio system of 3GPP standard, comprises: a channel determining unit (5) or message determining unit (6) that, in a case of having received, from a base station, a part of PDU (Protocol Data Unit) required to generate SDU (Service Data Unit), is operative to determine at least one of the channel type and message type of the PDU the part of which has been received; and a control unit (7) that is operative to notify the user that an emergency notice has been issued if the channel type or message type determined by the channel determining unit (5) or message determining unit (6) indicates information related to the emergency notice. |
