A method, an apparatus and a system for policy and charging control are provided. The method comprises that: A) a packet data network gateway classifies the service data according to service types and configures the corresponding service codes for the classified service types; B) the packet data network gateway obtains the policy and charging control rules according to the service codes; C) the packet data network gateway installs and performs the policy and charging control rules to the service data. The method meets the actual needs of the higher-efficiency interactive service stream.
