<p>Disclosed are a near-field probe, which can excellently form and detect a near field, and a near-field introducing/detecting device. The near-field probe (30) mainly has a substrate (31), a lower clad (32), an upper clad (33), an outer core (35), a thin wire core (40), and a plasmon head (50 (50a, 50b)). Furthermore, an optical waveguide (30a) is configured by means of the lower and upper clads (32, 33) and the thin wire core (40) among the above-mentioned elements. The plasmon head (50) is disposed over the boundary between the upper clad (33) and the thin wire core (40) in planar view from the leading end side of the optical waveguide (30a).</p> |
