<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and easily support operation management based on the driving aptitude test result information of a driver who drives a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: An aptitude test result information management means (31) manages driving aptitude test result information of each driver. In vehicle operation, a driver identification information acquisition means (32) acquires identification information unique to each driver, and a driver specification means (33) specifies a driver who currently drives the vehicle and acquires driving aptitude test result information of the driver.
