PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly and restoration of an operation part of a transmitter. SOLUTION: In an operation structure of the transmitter, a push button switch arranged behind a mounting hole 76 opened in a cabinet is turn-on operated by pushing-in a protective plate 74 held in a frame member 72 arranged in the mounting hole 76. The frame member 72 is a rubber member equipped with a ring-like frame body in which an operation hole 78 is opened inside, stopper parts 80 which are overhung from a rear side opening of the operation hole 78 to the inside and which are divided into a plurality of points and arranged, and coming-off prevention parts 82 which are protruded to front inner peripheral parts of the operation hole mutually opposed to the stopper parts 80 and which are divided into a plurality of points and arranged. The frame member 72 retains the protective plate 74 between the stopper parts 80 and the coming-off prevention parts 82, and has a structure that the pushing button switch is made to be turn-on operated by means that the protective plate 74 is removed from the frame member 72 by deformation of the stopper parts 80 when the protective plate 74 receives a pushing-in force that exceeds a prescribed value.
