PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser collimation calibration system that facilitates confirming an error in a collimation calibration in a short time with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The laser collimation calibration system 1 calculates and displays the error 69 in the collimation calibration, and includes: a laser unit 10; an aiming unit 20 having a reticle 20a for setting an aim of a laser beam; a light receiving unit 30 having a reticle 30a corresponding to the reticle 20a and coaxially disposed on the same axis with the reticle 30a relative to the reticle 20a, and receiving the laser beam while the aim is set by the reticles 20a, 30a; and a calculation/display unit 50 for calculating the error 69 in the collimation calibration of a laser optical axis, and displaying the calculated error while the aim is set based on a light receiving position of the laser beam in the light receiving unit 30 of the laser beam received by the light receiving unit 30.
