PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic device where a heat capacity with which temperature regulation in an electrolytic tank can be sufficiently performed can be secured, and further, electric corrosion caused by a potential difference can be securely prevented. SOLUTION: The electrolytic device is provided with: an electrolytic vessel 11 storing an electrolytic bath 12; a heater 21; and a blower 21b. The heater 21a and the blower 21b are provided at the electrolytic vessel 11 in a state of electrically insulated from the electrolytic vessel 11 storing the electrolytic bath 12.
