<p>The spacer such as pillow or pad comprises a filling with flowable material such as rice having interior diameter, where the spacer is designed in ring-shaped manner and the filling is selected through two mounting devices so that the spacer is formed to create an interval between a surface to be worked in a cookie cutter form (5), and holding hands on which different mold sizes are adapted and mounted. The spacer consists of half-ring, where a tubular sleeve is equipped with oval cross section. The sleeve consists of non-felting materials such as leather or plastic.
